From SOFIA:

If you drive yourself you head towards the town of Pernik and then shortly before Pernik turn south towards Kulata. After passing Blagoevgrad you have to watch for Simitli where you turn of the main road and to go east through some smaller mountains. About 32km on the left side is Razlog. When you enter Razlog you will see the signs for the hotel. You will have beautiful sights on the way. Dont forget to have your snow tires on the car in winter.

From THESSALONIKI:

If you come from Thessaloniki by car, you have to go out of the town taking the ring road in the direction for Serres. When reaching Serres you take the road to Promahonas. It is 110 km from Thessaloniki to Promahonas. You pass the boarder(it is just a passport control )and take the road to Sofia. It is around 70 km to Blagoevgrad from the boarder. Before Blagoevgrad you reach Simitli and make a turn to Bansko. It around 30km Be careful as the road is curving and difficult during the winter. Follow the signs to Bansko. 3 km before Bansko you will see the sign Razlog on your left.
